Overview
Should you encounter any discrepancies or defects with our product, rest assured that we will promptly replace the affected pieces at no extra charge. Simply reach out to us via email at andrew@signapplymoto.com, providing your order number along with details of the issue, and we’ll quickly address it for you.
In the event that you require replacement graphics due to wear or damage, we do provide cost-effective reprints for individual decals from prior orders.
Please be mindful that for all customized items designed to your specifications, once production commences, we are unable to accommodate refunds or returns on seat covers or any graphics.
Refunds
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item as a result of an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases, we will promptly rectify the issue by either replacing or exchanging the product at our cost, and we’ll also refund your return postage expenses. If you discover a defect in the product after receipt, please contact us immediately for further guidance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at andrew@signapplymoto.com
